Modernist health centre designed by Owen Williams as part of “The Peckham Experiment”, investigating the effect of health centre availability on people’s health and well being.
Williams arranged four rectangular blocks around a central swimming pool with internal glazed walls looking onto the pool. The frontage has distinctive bowed windows, allowing more daylight into the building. The building has now been converted to housing.
