Large London County Council estate either side of Loughborough Road in Brixton. The main visual part of the estate are the nine long, eleven storey housing slabs, obviously influenced by Le Corbusier and his Unite d'Habitation. The design team for the L.C.C. was led by C.G. Weald and featured Colin St. John Wilson and Alan Colquhoun.
