Finsbury Library

Library built as part of the Finsbury estate, with both designed by architect Carl Ludwig Franck, taking over responsibility after the death of Joseph Emberton. The library is a two storey building with a curving frontage along St John Street, It is constructed of precast concrete units, coloured black and white, and large areas of glazing onto the street.
