John and Ann Kay
Lambeth
Grade II

Two storey house in brick infill and timber frame in Clapham. It was designed by
John and Ann Kay for themselves, with a friend Pat Tindale building a house next door. It is believed to be the first residential timber framed building built in London since the Great Fire of 1666.
